I have lost my password
If you kept a recovery credential, you can use it here to set a new password. It does not open your record and it does not sign you in: it sets a new password, and then you sign in with that. Each one works once, and using it gives you another.
Make or replace a recovery credential
You can make one now, or replace the one you have, by typing your sign-in name and your current password. You will be shown it once. Nothing here can show it to you again, nobody who runs this deployment can see it or recover it, and making a new one stops the old one working.
