I wrote the changeover out in the order you actually do it and had it laminated for the line. The agency lads kept taking the guard off last instead of first.

The parts cupboard had no list, so every changeover started with somebody hunting. I built a sheet with what we hold and where it lives, and the early shift keeps it up now.
